A warm welcome to Jordan Le Comte who joined the Primary IT Team a couple of weeks ago 👍

Jordan is Primary IT’s first staff member based full-time out of the Hawkes Bay region and we couldn’t be more excited to have him onboard with us! He brings a wealth of knowledge to the team from his previous roles.

What do you do? Service Desk Technician

Where are you from? Hastings, Hawkes Bay

How long have you been at Primary IT? 2 weeks

Tell us about yourself: I grew up as a junior professional squash player and always dreamed of going pro. Coming into adulthood in 2014, I unfortunately had to quit due to injuries.
From there, I found my way into Information Technology in 2015 and found a new passion in computers!

I have worked for the New Zealand Police, The Treasury, the Electoral Commission, and now for my first private company Primary IT. Tech support is a crucial part of any large organization for business continuity.

I take a lot of pride in being able to help end-users get to the bottom of the finicky issues today’s technology can present!

What is your favourite food? Pizza, Korean fried chicken, and pizza!

What is your favourite outdoor activity? Hiking. The Kaweka Ranges in Hawkes Bay are truly a sight to behold.
